Exhibitions

There will be a commercial exhibition during the conference allowing software and equipment vendors to market their products and publishers to sell books. Each exhibitor or publisher will receive, for a fee,an exhibition space approx 2m x 2m.Your space will have tables and chairs (if required)and access to an electrical power point.Exhibitors will provide their own display boards,free- standing backdrops and insurance cover.There are no shell schemes. Each exhibitor will also receive a FREE delegate place for the main conference. This will allow access to all sessions but will not include tutorials,the conference proceedings,accommodation or the social programme.It can be offered to colleagues and is transferable between people for different talks.
