Registration Information

Before registering it is recommended that you browse the optional tutorials and workshops in advance. See also privacy information.

There will be no charge for students accepted for the Doctoral Consortium or as Student Volunteers (fees will be paid by British HCI Group).

Cancellations

Cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing and must be received by Clare Dewhirst (conference administrator) on or before 11 August 2003. A £75 cancellation fee will be charged to cover administrative costs. Cancellation and refund requests will not be accepted after this date.

Registration transfers

If you cannot attend the conference, your registration may be transferred by following a two part process.

1) You need to contact Clare Dewhirst at the address listed below with a letter stating your intention to transfer.

2) Give the colleague a signed letter authorising the transfer. This letter must be presented at the conference registration desk when your colleague comes to register.
