Privacy and Security of your Registration Details

All details submitted through the registration system are encrypted for security purposes. Your registration information will not be shared with anyone else and will be used for the purpose of HCI2003 conference registration only and to generate the delegate list. Registration data such as date of registration, payment and membership type data will be collected and used for planning for future conferences.

Your email address will only be used for the purpose of registration confirmation and / or if we have a query about your details. It will not be listed on the delegate list. It may also be used to inform you about next year's conference, HCI 2004 in Leeds.

If you choose to apply for membership of the British HCI Group (B-HCI-G) as part of your conference registration process, the personal details you enter for the conference registration will be used as the default personal details for your B-HCI-G membership application.
